Greetings salsa fans! Louie Ezra here. A quick preview of some plans for 2025. We've added two new peppers to our garden plan for this summer to help bring the heat with some of our salsas!
Datil Peppers and Yellow Jamaican Hot Peppers are both yellow peppers with heat similar to a habanero, but with an extra element of sweetness to them. They will up the heat game of Louie Ezra's Roasted Salsa with an extra hot variety new for 2025! Look for more details in a couple of months.
